Learn Invest Manage is built by people who buy, finance and operate apartment buildings in Ontario.
The tools here started as our own underwriting model. The podcast started because the market intelligence we needed each week wasn't being published anywhere in a form we could use. Both are free, because an investor who underwrites carefully is a better counterparty than one who doesn't.
We focus on one thing: Ontario multi-residential. Not every asset class, not every province.

20+ years in real estate finance. Previously at Forum Asset Management, Cushman & Wakefield, Venterra Realty and Brookfield. Raised in Jane and Finch, Toronto.
- Ribhu Rampersad
